marvellous location just next door to very close to the dunes, and the dunas beach area of maspalomas-about 1.5 km away, bars and a zoo were next to the hotel. i had reasonably priced room with nice garden.

This place is in a great location, near the center and the beautiful beach with lovely scenery.

The best part of my stay was definitely the friendly and attentive staff at Bar Taste. Tino, Marketa and Priscilla made me feel like the bar was there just for me. The drinks were reasonably priced and better than the other bars in the resort. Another highlight was the nice selection of food at the restaurant, with freshly made fruit smoothies every morning. The resort itself was lively and child-friendly, perfect for families. Plus, the location was great, with the dunes and beach just a short walk away.

On the downside, there were a few glitches that could have been easily avoided. my room wasn't in the best location, with not much of a view and felt far from the main area of the resort.

The pool area is now 100 percent better with wooden flooring, brand new loungers, and crash bean bags. The animation team was fantastic, making sure both kids and adults had a great time with their activities. The food has improved greatly, especially during the Mexican and Asian theme nights. The service overall was fast and efficient, and the grounds of the hotel are impressive and beautifully maintained. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was amazing, with a beautiful view of the sea on Christmas Day. The swimming pools were large and well-maintained, providing a great place to relax and cool off. In the evening bar, the atmosphere was lively and the bartenders were friendly, serving delicious drinks.
